Scope of women in management
Management in any direction is dominated by men till to date and there is scope of participation of women in such services as they are performing very well in every sphere of life. In my opinion womens should be encouraged by providing more opportunities supported by the government in management services. This activity will not insure only the increases involvement of womens on management but also will be helpful in the balance growth of society.

I think Women are excellent when it comes to resource management and multi tasking, however pressure handling capabilities are lesser.
